Privacy policy

Effective date: 4 November 2026

This policy explains what information QuickMaths (quickmaths.com.au) collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What you type into the calculators

Every calculation runs locally in your browser. The salaries, prices, dates and other numbers you enter are not sent to us, not stored on any server, and not shared with anyone. Close the tab and they're gone. The only thing we save on your device is your light or dark mode choice, kept in your browser's local storage.

Advertising

We may show ads from Google AdSense to keep the site free. In that case:

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console, to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. These tools may set cookies and collect things like your browser type, device, approximate location (city or region), the pages you view and how you arrived. This data is aggregated, and we don't use it to identify you.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calculators will still work without them.

Email

If you email us, we'll use your address and message only to reply. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your email.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to the ATO and other sites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.

Contact and complaints

For privacy questions, to ask what we hold about you, or to make a complaint, email ather.ghazi@gmail.com. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
